We currently have an opening for a Client Delivery Manager to join our team in Schaumburg.  The Client Delivery Manager will oversee multiple client accounts from implementation to ongoing administration, by managing all aspects of the project management process as well as being the liaison between internal team and clients.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the key contact for the client during implementation and ongoing administration for multiple client accounts
  • Oversee multiple annual enrollments for clients and their participants
  • Ensure that all materials related to annual enrollment are consistent with the client's specifications and are properly and professionally prepared
  • Continually work toward keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and issues on the account
  • Work with Client Delivery Managers and other management team members to identify training opportunities and suggest process improvements to streamline ongoing delivery
  • Manage projects successfully with strict deadlines while under pressure

What you will need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel - pivot tables, V look-up, simple queries
  • Word letter writing, mail merge and PDF creation
  • Outlook creating and responding to e-mails, scheduling meetings reserving resources, including others
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or
  • 3 to 5 years in project management or benefits related field
  • PMP preferred but not required
