We currently have an opening for a Dependent Verification Processor - Entry Level located in our corporate offices in Schaumburg, IL.  The Dependent Verification Processor will be responsible for reviewing all documentation submitted by participants for verification of dependent eligibility. 

What you will do:

  • Project manages assigned, ongoing and one-time audits for clients and ensure work is completed accurately and timely according to schedule
  • Follows client rules with great accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify dependents and review documentation sent in by participants making sure that all data is accurate
  • Upload documents to participant's accounts
  • Work with Life Events and the rules associated with that client
  • Critically examine very detailed information and report any inaccuracies in findings

What you will need:

  • HS Diploma 
  • 1-2 years of administrative/benefits experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite software with Windows operating system, specifically a working knowledge of Excel
  • Must be accurate, articulate, thorough and have sound judgment
