What we need:

We currently have an open position as a Client Delivery Manager (CDM) - HR Support that will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. CDMs will operate as the primary point of contact between key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely solutions according to the customers' needs and objectives. In addition, they are responsible for administering clients' annual open enrollment process. A CDM may act as the liaison between internal team and clients.

What you will do:

  • Manage projects successfully with strict deadlines while under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to focus on details.
  • Oversee multiple annual enrollments for clients and their participants.
  • Continually work toward keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and deliverables amongst assigned book of business.
  • Provide detailed internal and external communication to successfully document status for cross-departmental projects.
  • Technical support, research, troubleshooting issues between software and end users.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls as a benefitexpress and client representative in the benefits administration process
  • Facilitate software training for new clients and refresher training when necessary.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and 3 to 5 years in project management and benefits related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to provide detailed internal and external communications to successfully document instruction and process.
  • Ability to understand limited cause and effect, create instructions, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of complex variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must be capable of critical thinking.
  • Ability to anticipate problems before they escalate and the ability to be prepared to propose a solution. Problem solving skills with the ability to demonstrate a disciplined and logical thought process for each situation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to: Excel - pivot tables, V look-up, simple queries, Word letter writing, mail merge and PDF creation, Outlook creating and responding to e-mails, scheduling meetings reserving resources, including others
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task on different projects and to ensure deadlines are met.
