What we need:

benefitexpress currently has an opening for a Client Services Manager at our corporate headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.  Client Services Managers are responsible for internal resource management and capacity planning. Client Service Managers will support cross functional team members in delivering administrative services to client accounts with a focus on the customer and understanding of client needs while maintaining benefitexpress best practices and industry standards.  Must be flexible and willing to adjust to changing expectations and scopes of service.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for facilitating ongoing user acceptance testing (UAT) and client acceptance testing (CAT) during change processes including but not limited to implementation, annual enrollment and ongoing internal development code moves
  • Focus on process improvements by analyzing current processes and consulting client and internal team on best practices, alternative methods and unsupported tasks
  • Proactively manage team resources and staffing needs by evaluating both current and future state needs against current capacity
  • Coach, develop and mentor Delivery Managers on all aspects of client delivery including scopes of service, work orders, requirements documentation, etc.
  • Organize/Lead all onboarding activities for new Client Support Specialists and Client Delivery Managers

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of management experience
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
