The position of COBRA - Client Services Analyst (CSA) works daily in the Shared Services department analyzing electronic client files to maintain the accuracy of all COBRA and Direct Bill system data.

What you will do:

  • Follow processing procedures and schedule to complete daily tasks
  • Respond to project managers on any open items
  • Process COBRA and Direct Bill imports with accuracy and in a timely manger
  • Responsible for documenting and updating client processing documentation as it relates to file processing
  • Reviews Audit results and correct any accounts that are identified by the audits

What you will need:

  • HSD/GED
  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience
  • Working Knowledge of COBRA laws and regulations
  • Understanding of Travis and MBE, and the correlation between the two
  • Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, such as MS Office Suite software with Windows operating system, ability to toggle through multiple screens/programs to locate information efficiently
